PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our team has extensive site experience having worked on various scales of residential and commercial projects.

Having a Project Manager on board for your building project will allow you to take a step back from the day-to-day running of the project and choose your level of involvement on site.

As Project Managers, Ger O' Keeffe Consulting Engineers will manage the planning process, provide periodic site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, as well as fulfilling any required certification role in conjunction with other consultants. We will ensure your building project is fully compliant with Buildings Regulations relevant to our role.

Upon completion of your project, certificates of compliance with Buildings Regulations can be issued as appropriate.
