SITE SUITABILITY ASSESSMENTS

Planning Applications for dwelling houses in rural areas require the proposed site to be assessed for its suitability for the treatment of waste water.. This applies to domestic extensions also, where the capacity of the house is being increased. 

The site assessment involves carrying out water table and percolation tests to determine the suitability of the site to treat wastewater, and to determine the most suitable system to be installed.

We offer a full Site Suitability Assessment service. Site Assessments are carried out by a fully qualified Site Assessor, and in Compliance with the EPA Code of Practice.

If required, we can also provide a site survey to identify and plot site boundaries, significant features, contours etc. which may be required for Planning Applications.
